Created with busy women in mind, you will be able to take this class either live or on-demand.

This class is for you if:

  • You are between the ages of 35-55.

  • You are looking for ways to cope with perimenopause symptoms but are not sure of options.

  • You have been to multiple doctor visits only to be dismissed or told nothing is wrong, this is just a natural part of life, or worse, it’s all in your head.

  • You have unexplained weight gain or increased belly fat despite having a good diet and exercise.

  • You are fatigued and feel like you have lost your stamina.

  • You are experiencing increased mood swings, anxiety, or depression.

  • You are not struggling with perimenopause symptoms.

  • You are not ready to invest time in yourself or your health.

  • You prefer in-person classes.

  • You are looking for a class to replace medical care.

  • You would like to get pregnant or have more children.
